Policy

Refunds and/or exchanges will only be offered for goods that are faulty or not as described in the order.
If an item is defective or faulty please contact us at info@kerriesanley.com within 3 days of receiving the goods to make a claim.
Please note that we will not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, or if your order displays slight variations from the sample due to its handmade quality.
All return items must be returned within fourteen days of receipt, unworn and in the same condition and original box with tags. Money will be refunded upon processing of return.
All our products are hand crafted, therefore slight variations in the finish may occur should you order from a sample. This is part of the charm of the work and is not a fault.

For the longevity and care of your piece store in tissue in a hat box or similar in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
As some materials used are delicate in nature care must be taken when handling and storing.
Avoid rain as water and many millinery fabrications don’t mix well.
Should your piece lose shape due to getting wet, being sat on or chewed by your dog, please reach out as we will do our best to repair it for a small fee.

We are committed to protecting your privacy when you use our website and when you provide us with personal information.
The only information we gather about you are the details you give us when you fill in an online form in order to be kept up to date with information about our products and services. We store this information on a computer and administer it through an online mail shot client.
We do not share information about our customers with third parties, except where necessary to fulfill an order that you place with us or to comply with legal requirements. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by following the link at the bottom of mailshots.
