The sequinn base of this striking piece was made from a block I handcrafted so it is unique to my library. Surprisingly lightweight, and with bows of sequinns and silk, it hugs the head and is balanced perfectly. Depending upon the wearer, I have intentionally held off on the anchoring as this will customised to the purchaser. (crinoline loops matched to wigs/hair colour; elastic and comb)
